Outpatient Learning Activity (OLA)

The OLA cards are  based on the CLIPS/MCHIPS cards that we use for teaching on our inpatient and MCH services. The goal is to enhance teaching during our clinic sessions so we can maximize our outpatient education.  

We are asking residents and faculty to sign up to create the OLA cards. Below are several card templates--there is a different template for each type of card: preventive, disease and procedure. We have also drafted a list of topics, and are asking that you sign up for one of these listed topics on the Google sheet, which can be found at the link below: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1koq36j2vG3uYRun1EwY7RkMvty9i2Y92KUGhxAYVvUE/edit#gid=0

 We recognize that there are a billion important outpatient topics, so we picked a few of the ones that we thought would be highest yield. If you have another topic that you feel very strongly about, please let us know, or just add it to the list and go ahead and make the card.

 To make everyone's life easier, we have another Google sheet that has several resources that can be used to create each card, and can be found at the link below.
