Dr. Tiffany Pendleton: tiffany.pendleton4@va.gov  Report to the ASC (Ambulatory Surgical Clinic) on the 3rd floor of the main hospital or building 41 at 8am. There is a doorbell outside the area that they can ring and our staff can let them in or they can call ext 2550 (after calling main VA #-505-265-1711). Cell # is (302)530-6912 and pager # is (505)251-0340 (ECT sessions on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Mondays of the rotation).

Dr. Cole Larsen:  Jeffrey.Larsen@va.gov  Email Dr. Larsen on the first day of your rotation.  You will work with him on the 3rd Monday of the rotation in the morning. find Dr. Larsen- he will meet you at the entrance of the 1st-floor primary care clinic around 8:15.  Call him at 228.254.0820 if you run into any issues.
